RETURN POLICY


  • Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind.
  • There is no exchange or refund on pierced earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • There is no refund or exchange on items purchased during sale periods or with a promo code. All sales are final. 
  • If you do require an exchange for any other reason please reach out to our team by email within 14 days of purchase. 


If you do purchase outside of a sale period and select the incorrect ring, anklet or bracelet size we are happy to exchange this for you within 14 days of purchase, provided stock is available and the piece is unworn/used and returned in its original state and packaging. We do ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do require an exchange and ensure the piece is returned to us within the 21 days from purchase. 


UshtaTe products are handmade with natural materials, therefore colours, level of oxidisation, stone inclusions, sizes of stones, embellishments and some core materials will vary from piece to piece. Our pieces may also show some small tool markings from the making process which add to the unique nature of each piece. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ushtate.info@gmail.com and we will do what we can to remedy your concerns. 


Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original UshtaTe packaging and show no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via a registered post as UshtaTe is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+0d5add7d360a4f21af4533b0b8a3f4fc@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
